Jan Hubáček
Director, screenwriter and film producer with experience at home and abroad. He is a graduate of film directing and screenwriting at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications of Tomas Bata University in Zlín, he also studied at the Baltic Film and Media School in Tallinn, Estonia. He completed internships at Neukölln.TV in Berlin and at the Stink production branch office in London. From commercials, we can mention brands like HomeCredit, Baťa, Kaufland, Kasa.cz, Hej.sk, Heineken, Hamé, Forpsi, Y Soft. He also works as a director for Czech Television, collaborated on the films Cyril a Metoděj, Prach, Film jako Brno, Lháři, Návrat do Červeného města, Kaskadéři s.r.o. and also on video games Mafia 3 or Československo 38-89. His directorial feature debut is the documentary film Akcept about the composer of contemporary music Lucie Vítková. He has won numerous awards for his short films Boty, Hráz a Romance rytířské doby. In his free time, he is also a snowboarding instructor or guide on adventure trips at home and abroad.
