Štěpán is not only a talented director, but also an ideamaker. He knows the environment of advertising agencies perfectly from the inside, because he worked as an art director at DDB, HAVAS, Y&R, VCCP and at PUBLICIS agency he worked as a creative director. Thanks to this experience, he is able to understand what is important for agencies and clients. This is the biggest advantage in complicated projects, where it is necessary to read between the lines and understand marketing slang in meetings. Štěpán is a great storyteller and is able to come up with a unique point or an unconventional style of storytelling. This creative ability of his has also been awarded several times at domestic and foreign festivals. Štěpán has been directing for 10 years and worked for clients such as Škoda, Albert, Brit, Jupík, Rossmann, Česká Mincovna, Woman for Woman, Unicef, Triola or Jupiter, which is an Indian motorcycle manufacturer for which he shot an image spot in Mumbai. His know-how consists mainly in precise preparation, in which he draws his own shootingboards, because not many illustrators can take into account the focus of the lens in their illustrations. However, he is not satisfied only with a perfect picture, because he is obsessed with perfect sound and sound design.
