How We Work

After our first meeting, we prepare a “creative brief”. This is a summary of the tasks and goals, which provides us with essential information. We mutually agree on this brief to ensure that the initial details are correct and that we’re aligned on the expected outcome.

Next, we develop the script (what will happen) and the voiceover text (what will be said in the video). We add illustrative images to the script and send it to you for feedback. At the same time, you will receive an estimated cost breakdown. The preparation of the creative brief and script is charged as a flat fee of 5,000 CZK. At this point, you decide whether you want to proceed with production.

If yes, we will draft a contract or order, prepare a timeline (usually between one and two months), and incorporate your feedback into the script. Once the script is approved, we move on to filming and producing your video.

We are accustomed to handling corporate films from A to Z. From designing the initial concept (creativity is key), through script creation, production, shooting, post-production, and even possible localization into foreign languages. We aim to make videos short, dynamic, and creative. To save costs, we sometimes purchase footage from video banks, allowing us to avoid shooting overseas (e.g., jungles, outer space, the sea, etc.), which helps keep production costs lower.
